As the President of Xerox Hawai'I, Glenn built and led perhaps the most consistently successful Xerox organization in the nation for decades. With an excellent team, Xerox Hawaii consistently delivered benchmark performance in profit, revenue, customer loyalty and employee motivation.
Xerox Hawaii set itself apart by being the most productive region in the nation — on the order of three to four times the national average per resource. Under Glenn’s leadership, Xerox Hawaii contributed absolute results superior to those in markets many multiples larger. Despite extraordinary challenges, Xerox Hawaii sustained benchmark performance over decades.

Diverse Experiences
Glenn’s home is Hawaii, and he has also experienced living in many other places. Born in Japan, he lived all over the U.S including Hawaii. Something always brought him back to Hawaii. For a time, he worked for Xerox in Southern California as Western Region Operations Manager which took him all over the United States.
Among other roles, Glenn served on the team that worked on the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award. The mainland experience certainly benefitted him, but he also came away fully appreciating the wonderful attributes of Hawaii— not the least of which was how business was done in our community.
Ultimately, Glenn and his wife wished to raise their family at home, and he returned to lead Xerox Hawaii.
As President of Xerox Hawaii and in many roles before, Glenn has worked with thousands of organizations across diverse industries to include government and not for profits that serve our community. The key to servicing clients effectively is understanding their critical success factors. In the process, Glenn has gleaned a remarkable understanding of how a multitude of organizations in a variety of industries work. He has also served on several boards of organizations that provide support to our community.
